Awesome job! I love how smooth your buttercream and fondant cakes come out! Of course all the decorations are great!
I was wondering if you used american buttercream to get the smooth finish on the cake? Did you use a certain high ratio shortening? I have been looking for a good brand and good tasting but still searching in Hamilton Ontario.

Thank you for your question! I like to use Swiss meringue buttercream, made with real butter. The smooth finish was created using a palette knife and bench scraper.
